CX Load is an Automated Loading Vendor where you can purchase any type of loads including cellphone loads, online game loads, landline loads and many more. What are the modes of payment?

We only accept payments from Smart Money, Globe's G-Cash, or through our own pre-paid system, the CX PrePaid MAX™. PrePaid MAX is a reloadable account at CX Systems where you can purchase all our products and services, including loads with pre-defined discounts. CX PrePaid MAX™ credits can be reloaded by (a) paying cash or through (b) Smart Money and (c) G-Cash.

Is there a pay-later scheme?

There is a pay-later scheme but is only currently available for CX Registered residents of Camella Homes 1 and 2, St. Michael Village, Mother Earth Subdivision at Brgy. Talon Dos, Las Piñas City, Philippines. This is our way of kind gesture to the community where our establishment is based.

What are the loads and card PIN's that can be purchased from CX Load?

You can purchase almost all types of cellphone electronic loads, cellphone prepaid cards, internet access cards, online game loads, phone cards, and many more prepaid products available in the Philippines.

How can one order loads or prepaid PIN's at CX Load?

You can purchase our load products through the internet by heading to the CX Automated Loading website at http://load.cxsmedia.com.

Don't forget to click on the appropriate links of purchase: whether you are entitled for Pre-pay Online Order or PrePaid MAX™ and Pay -Later Online Order.

Aside from the internet, you can also purchase loads by texting us at our automated loading numbers: 09195850334, 09152768016, or 09227118748. Please be aware of the format of ordering from us because computers are processing your purchase orders. Wrong format corresponds to purchase failure.

Beyond this point are FAQs suited for Pay-Later Scheme

Pay-Later scheme mode of payment.

If you are a CX Registered resident of Camella Homes 1&2, St. Michael Village and Mother Earth Subdivision at Talon Dos, Las Piñas City, our load payment collector will collect the payment on your indicated address daily between 2-8 PM. A receipt with an identifiable code will assure you the identity of our collector.

If you are not available to pay during those time, we suggest to have a person in your house to be aware to make the payment. If not, you can head on to our establishment at CX Systems Multimedia, 1003 Crimson Road, Camella Homes 2 to pay. Please make sure to follow our policies for pay-later scheme at http://load.cxsmedia.com/load-sms.html

What if I will not be available to pay for a couple of days?

If you will not be capable of paying for a couple of days, you are suggested to use our CX PrePaid MAX™ mode of payment. As per our policy on our pay-later scheme, continuous inability to pay on-time may render your account be banned on Pay-Later transactions. You may purchase PrePaid MAX™ credits by (a) paying in cash in-store or online at http://load.cxsmedia.com by paying through (b) Smart Money or (c) G-Cash.

Can I load up other cellphones other than my own registered cellphone?

Yes you can. Be sure to use your cellphone that is registered with us. Or better, use our Online Load Vendor at http://load.cxsmedia.com.

Can I load up my own registered cellphone using other cellphones?

Yes. We allow this so that in case you have no more load and you can't access our website to order online, you can still load up your cellphone. Please note that you can only load up your own registered cellphone in this scenario and you won't be able to load up others.

What if I can't load up my own cell because I have no load, there is no internet available and I can't borrow cellphone from others?

We have our Zero-Load Automated Loading System but is currently only available for Smart and Globe subscribers. (Talk N Text, TM, Sun subs are not yet supported).

If you are on Smart, call *80809195850334. Wait and you will be loaded with P30.
If you are on Globe, text us the amount (without peso sign) and send it to 269152768016.

We will receive your purchase request eventhough you don't have load. This will have an additional P2.00 service charge.
