CX Systems Multimedia Gaming & Internet Networks strives to maintain an environment that is comfortable for all customers and employees at all times. Anyone behaving in a threatening or inappropriate manner will be subject to immediate removal from the premises. Decisions to expel customers are left solely to the discretion of the employees of CXS. This is a list of the rules at CX Systems Multimedia Gaming & Internet Networks. This is not an all inclusive list. Violation of any of these rules (listed or otherwise) can result in you being asked to leave. Additionally, it may result in you being banned and your registration being revoked. If you have questions, feel free to call or send email. | THE RULES | | | | | - We must have a consent form (for 17 years and below) or registration form (for 18 years and above) filled out and on file. Consent forms can be downloaded below and should be signed appropriately by you and your parent or legal guardian.
- No Consent Form, No Play for Gamers 17 years old and below. See details of rule here.
- CX Systems Multimedia Gaming & Internet Networks fully supports and enforces the ESRB Rating System. You must have an ID to play M-Rated Games or have had a parent or legal guardian signed the consent form allowing you to play such games.
- Open-Time is only exclusive to customers 18 years and above or otherwise a minor accompanied by an adult. Open-Timers should pay for the Minimum Charge before starting their time.
- All charges shall be paid upon exit from the establishment. Sanctions will be made accordingly if not followed.
- CX Systems Multimedia Gaming & Internet Networks strive to have a friendly and social atmosphere. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave who, at their discretion, violates that atmosphere. If you are under 17, we will treat you like an adult, until you prove us wrong.
- No Adult Websites allowed. Though the terminals are automatically restricted to access adult websites, some can pass through. Anyone caught browsing one will be warned. If violated again, you will be asked to leave.
- Clean up after yourself, CXS employees are not maids nor do they play one.
- Treat CX Systems Facilities as if it was your own. Actually like its not yours. In other words, don't beat it up, break it, throw it, etc. Damage to our equipment either through the use of software or by physical means is subject to payment of the hardware's original price.
- Minors in school uniform are not allowed to play or enter inside our gaming and internet facilities.
- Minors are not allowed to stay later than 9:00 P.M. unless a Parental Consent has allowed you to or if accompanied by an adult.
- Any vices are not allowed within or near CXS vicinity.
- Students are encouraged to finish all their academic assignments and tasks before playing at CX Systems Multimedia Gaming & Internet Networks.
- Minors should ask permission to their parents before playing at CX Systems Multimedia
- Changing settings of Monitors and other CX Systems Facilities is strictly prohibited.
- One person per terminal only.
- Never touch the Monitor Screen. This will prevent hard to remove fingerprints that degrades the picture quality of the monitor.
- Noise is not recommended especially if someone uses other terminals for educational and research purposes.
- Up to two (2) companions are allowed per customer inside our facilities. If you are waiting for your turn to play, seats are available outside the Computers area. "Tambays" are absolutely prohibited.
- No eating and drinking inside the computer room.
